Greenbluff

Pumpkin Patch: I didn't get these ladies' names, but I knew from the moment they stepped out of their large white suburban that I needed a picture of, or ideally, with them. I shoot for the stars. I went for the gold. I got a picture with them. They were posing here together, and I walked up and asked if I could get a picture with them. They were extremely nice and giggled the whole time. And now..... I have a picture with two pumpkins.

Riverfront

You may have seen this guy before; I've seen him a couple times myself. I was too scared to go and ask him to pose for me, besides he looked pretty relaxed....
That thing on his head is his hair by the way.....I just liked his pants.....

Riverfront

I stole a picture of this little child. She was running around dangerously close to the edge of the river, and I thought it would be just a matter of time till she fell in, but she never did! She made some mighty loud noises at the geese though. It was highly entertaining.

Downtown

This is Raynelle Cook. Raynelle takes in crippled cats, that would otherwise be put to sleep, houses them, then puts them up for adoption! It's called Cook's Crippled Cats Sanctuary. The kitten in her arms is Keeland. He was adopted, but still has another week with Raynelle. She thought he needed to get out for some new sights and fresh air! It was lovely meeting both of them.

The Beginning.

I don't really have an enormous archive of photos yet, but I will hope to post about a picture a day.

This blog will consist of the many colorful people of Spokane or the Spokane area.
Also, if you happen to snap a photo you want to be posted please send it on to me at eliseca@verizon.net.

This first picture was taken today at Manito park. This is Della (on the right) and Dixie (and the left). They were enjoying a lunch in the Rose Garden.
